Kids are Fun(ny)

Kids are funny

Halloween Zoo Visit

We went to the zoo this weekend and there was an event for Halloween.  The event included people dressed up as animals dancing around and we took the kids to watch in the audience. The kids were watching attentively and were mesmerized   Bryce looked at me and whispered with a reassuring voice, "It's only costumes"

Friends were over for dinner and Darcy, one of the 4 year old triplets who has a great natural motherly streak, played very well and took care of our friend's 1 year old.  To encourage her great behavior Audrey reinforced her behavior by saying, "When you get older, you can be a babysitter".  Darcy looked at Audrey sadly and said, "but I wanted to be a doctor".

Avery insists that only Cooper is handsome.  "No Daddy not han(d)some,Cooper is han(d)some"

The triplets are in pre K and we are practicing numbers with them.  Shortly after Chase was born I asked Cooper how many babies are in our house.  I was surprised when he answered "two".  I asked him to explaiina nd he said, his new baby brother Chase and his two year old sister Avery.  I then asked, " How many big kids in the family".  He again responded, "Two".  Again I was surprised.  So I asked, "Who are the big kids?"  He immediately responded, "Mommy and Daddy".  Thanks Cooper, That is really sweet.  :)
